Account Service customers are assigned to and receive the attention of a Customer Service Manager (CSM). The CSM’s provide our customers with a single point of contact for the design, budgeting, construction and continuing maintenance.

CSM’s at Cummings Electrical average over 20 years experience in the electrical industry. Their primary focus is to understand our client’s needs and to develop long lasting relationships forged on honesty, trust, and integrity. Their “hands on approach” insures that our customer’s needs are met on a daily basis.

The success of the Account Service Department at Cummings Electrical is the result of the value each member of the Team brings to our customers. Demand Service

Our 24/7 Computer Dispatch lets us quickly receive phone calls from our customers. We then generate accurate work orders which can quickly be transferred to our service technicians in the field through laptop computers which are located in all of our service vehicles. Once the work is completed, the service techs can then generate on-site invoices for the customers.

Cummings Electrical’s service fleet consists of not only three Bucket Trucks but a fleet of well stocked, fully outfitted, 1-ton diesel Sprinter vans. These vans provide a larger payload, more efficient access to tools and materials, reduced maintenance, longer vehicle life, better fuel economy, and a safer work environment for the technician which directly translates into cost savings, reduced downtime and lower service costs for the customer.

Demand Service is the Emergency Response Team of Cummings Electrical, Inc. . Our well trained technicians are all certified in First Aid, CPR and Hot Work.
