Brandon is Vice President of Industrial at Cummings Electrical, with over 15 years of experience in the trade. Drawn to electrical work by a mix of curiosity, drive, and a natural talent for problem-solving, he quickly found his footing and rose into leadership roles. His early experiences working in kitchens taught him how to lead under pressure—skills that translated seamlessly to his career in the field.

I don’t care what my title is—if I need to help out, I’m going to do it.” Brandon leads with a people-first approach, known for working closely with his team and valuing the perspective of those closest to the work. “Some of the best ideas come from the guys in the field—if they have a solution, I want to hear it.”

Brandon played a key role in expanding Cummings’ Service business unit and now drives growth and innovation in the industrial space by fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and practical problem-solving.
