Project Battlefield - 3 Phase Hyperscale Data Center
Engineered collaboratively by Cummings, 64 optimized hyperscale modules were manufactured for this Northern Virginia data center, each delivering 1.5MW with integrated UPS, NiZN battery backup, advanced power distribution, and proprietary cooling systems. Extensive factory and on-site testing conducted by Cummings’ site services team ensured that every module met rigorous standards for performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Project Popsicle - Hyperscale HPC Data Center
This project delivered six identical, pre-engineered power modules, each featuring integrated MV switchgear, transformers, dual-input switchboards, redundant 1MW UPS systems, and efficient external air-based cooling solutions. Thoroughly tested, loadbanked, Level 3 commissioned, and CE marked, each module was securely packaged and shipped overseas, ensuring seamless international integration.

Project Hockey Stick - Hyperscale Data Center
This Canadian project featured the construction of 24 modular 2MW UPS enclosures, each meticulously designed to accommodate evolving UPS specifications, varying battery systems, redundancy configurations, and proprietary cooling technologies. Early-stage collaboration, precise engineering, and rigorous quality control processes ensured seamless adaptation to site constraints and consistent adherence to customer standards.

Project Tortilla Chip - Austin Switchyard
Modular build-out of (3) Modular Substation Control Rooms, weighing between 77,000-89,000 lbs. Each 76’x16’x12.5’ control room was assembled from two 38’x16’ sections on site by Cummings Integrated Manufacturing’s Service Team.
Project Racoon - Hyperscale Data Center
Deployment of (31) Three section Gas Insulated Switchgear with 3,000kVA Transformer Skid, each weighing 31,000 lbs. and measuring 8’x13’.

Project Pony Express - Fleet Electrification
Deployment of 1,500 EV charging skids and 250 power distribution skids, designed for scalable, multi-phase rollout. Skids feature standardized transformers, modular power options (400A/800A), and integrated circuit protection for efficient, consistent nationwide installation.

Since 2002, Cummings Electrical has outperformed other electrical and construction companies with dependability of service and quality of execution. We’re proud to lead every customer engagement with innovation and technical excellence. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss the project at hand, scope of work, timeline, and budget so you can begin to make decisions based on project expectations, business operations, cost, and intended completion. We'll introduce integrated engineering early in the process to ensure all prefabrication solutions meet your needs.
Strategize the planning, design, and execution of your project.
We'll begin to produce each of your modular units in a controlled environment to timeline delays and eliminate unnecessary labor costs. We’ll pull in experts based on their expertise and experience, known as passion areas, to speed up the process with precision and mitigation of risk.
Verify the performance of each modular build.
Next, we’ll transition into rigorous factory testing to ensure optimal performance before we move on site. We’ll leverage our knowledge of complex network infrastructure operations to inform our testing and quality assurance procedures while maintaining strict adherence to your project timeline and budget as well as safety protocol and regulations.
Execute rapid installation with reduced downtime.
Finally, we'll move into the execution phase of the project where we move on site for final installation. Because the bulk of the project's manufacturing takes place off site, we're able to greatly reduce downtime and carry out a swift installation. Once execution is complete, we'll continue to partner with you. We nurture collaborative relationships and long-lasting partnerships with ongoing service support, including our scheduled maintenance services.
