Thumbs up and a project file

Diagnose your electrical needs with precision and expertise.

Our expert technicians conduct a thorough on-site assessment to understand your unique electrical infrastructure. We inventory your devices, evaluate equipment conditions, and classify assets using NFPA 70B standards. This initial visit helps us identify what types of maintenance are needed for each piece of equipment. Whether the facility is brand new or has decades of wear, we use this visit to establish a baseline for system condition and risk. The findings also allow us to begin forming recommendations on repair needs, shutdown requirements, and appropriate maintenance intervals.

automation

Craft a tailored maintenance strategy to maximize system performance.

Following the assessment, we develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy customized to your facility’s needs. This includes recommended service frequencies, detailed pricing, and an infrared report featuring annotated thermal images and condition classifications. We clearly document issues and assign urgency levels. Based on your equipment’s condition, we recommend timing intervals appropriate to address the thermal or mechanical risks identified in the field. The planning process also includes documentation of needed repairs and a roadmap for scheduling those repairs before the next IR scan cycle begins.

Tackle emergent repairs and keep your systems operating smoothly.

Our skilled technicians execute the maintenance plan with precision and care. Services include infrared scanning, torque and clean procedures, lubrication, and detailed visual inspections—performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and NFPA 70B standards. When needed, we coordinate shutdowns to safely access switchgear and internal components. Technicians clean and torque each connection to spec, apply grease to moving parts, and ensure all doors and gear are properly reassembled before re-energizing. In some cases, a follow-up IR scan is scheduled shortly after service to confirm stability and provide peace of mind.

Protect your electrical infrastructure with ongoing compliance and care.

We partner with you to establish a long-term Electrical Maintenance Program (EMP) that keeps your systems safe, reliable, and code-compliant. Based on your equipment’s classification and past findings, we schedule necessary service intervals. These programs are aligned with NFPA 70B's requirement mandating preventive maintenance as a standard, not just a recommendation. Over time, the EMP helps reduce unexpected outages, satisfies insurance requirements, and builds a repeatable process to ensure continued operational uptime and safety.
