Granite Park VII is a premier Class A office development located at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121. Designed by BOKA Powell, this project features a 10-story office building and a five-story parking garage with 1,800 spaces. As the seventh office building in the 17-year-old Granite Park mixed-use development, the project was completed in approximately 16.5 months.
Scope of Work
The project included full-scale construction and interior finish-out of the office building, as well as the development of the parking garage. The scope also involved implementing high-end electrical solutions to support modern office needs, including advanced lighting, power distribution, and energy-efficient systems.
